Step 1: Call us at 208-365-7393 or email Customer Service to let us know that your making a return.
Step 2: Place the product to be returned in the box it was sent in.
We will deduct $5.00 for shipping from your merchandise refund unless products are defective or we
have made a shipping error.
Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when we shipped them. You may be charged a
25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition or deemed not defective. You will
incur shipping and/or handling charges for non-defective items you return and for the replacement items
you order. Product shipping errors on our part will be replaced, credited to your charge card or refunded
at our discretion.
